- Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
pjok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions must be conducted through payment methods registered in your own name. Funding your account with a payment method belonging to a third party is a breach of these Terms. pjok charges no platform fees on BDT deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by our support team.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released. Failure to provide requested documents may result in withdrawal delays.
- pjok reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to temporarily hold funds during such reviews.
- Any funds deposited through fraudulent means, chargebacks, or disputed transactions will be deducted from your balance and the account may be permanently suspended.

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, advantage play, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers.
- Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any form of financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploits are void.
- Registering or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
All content on the pjok platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of pjok or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
